Convergence is pleased to announce we have partnered with D.R. Horton, America’s largest homebuilder, on a master planned community near Bethany Beach, Delaware. Convergence will develop and deliver 164 fully improved homesites for Horton. The homesites are part of a larger top-selling master planned community in the Bethany Beach area. The community is centered around the concept of living well. Convergence developed a wellness-focused amenity set that encourages residents to enjoy and enrich their lives in as many ways as possible. We are thrilled to be working with D.R.
