Convergence Establishes Relationship with New Financing Partner

Convergence is pleased to announce we have established a new lending relationship with BB&T Bank, the sixth largest bank in the country. BB&T will be providing construction financing for the fifth phase of a 464 unit Master Planned Community near Bethany Beach, Delaware. This phase will provide our building partner, D.R. Horton, 50 fully improved homesites. We are excited to begin the next phase in this top-selling beach community and are looking forward to working with BB&T on this project and future endeavors.
